Introduction

A little about me:

My name is Karen. I am not, nor have I ever been, one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. I am the sibling of a Jehovah’s Witness who died of leukemia after refusing to accept a blood transfusion or a bone marrow transplant.

I have never been labeled an “apostate” by any elders nor by any JW members that I have known through the years. If you are one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, please feel welcome to visit my web site.

I hope to encourage Jehovah’s Witnesses to realize that they have the power to make choices for themselves.

I strive to bring awareness to Jehovah’s Witnesses and enable them to learn the skills needed to analyze what they read and are told by those in positions of leadership within the Watchtower Organization.

It is the right of every individual to think independently and to make choices. No one should tell you what to think. Rather, you should learn to be an informed thinker and come to your own conclusions.

Let the journey begin…
